In March 2023, the GreenIT and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) consortium acquired the development site for the Nurax floating offshore wind project off Olbia in Sardinia, as part of a deal in which the consortium took control of three new Italian floating wind sites (Tyrrhenian, Nurax, and Poseidon), expanding its Italian floating wind portfolio to nearly 3 GW under Copenhagen Offshore Partners’ development lead.
