By 17 March 2023, Odra Energia was being promoted as one of two floating offshore wind farms in Puglia developed by companies "born from the partnership" between Renantis (formerly Falck Renewables) and BlueFloat Energy, confirming a joint-venture structure for the project off the southern coast of Lecce. Later reporting described Odra Energia as co-owned by BlueFloat Energy and Renantis, each holding a 50% stake in the project.
