As part of the early-2023 feasibility work for Odra Energia, WSP Italy carried out a detailed analysis of project constraints in line with national, regional, provincial and municipal planning criteria, alongside geological and geotechnical framing of offshore and onshore works, to define a design envelope that captured the maximum potential environmental impacts while preserving flexibility for later design stages.
