The 2030 date itself remains the working baseline: TenneT's published LanWin2 grid completion is 31 Dec 2030 (with Nordsee artillery-range rerouting delay risk acknowledged), bp's stated FID 2027 + ~3-year construction = 2030 COD. JERA Nex bp's current project page (2026, hedged wording 'beginning of the next decade') supports 2030 as the floor with downside risk. Confidence lowered slightly to reflect the LanWin2 grid delay risk. --- Germany’s Bundesnetzagentur press release announcing the 2023 offshore wind auction results for sites including N-12.2 (Oceanbeat West) states that the wind farms are “due to be operational in 2030” (“Die Wind farms are due to be operational in 2030.”).
