On 7 October 2015, Nobelwind obtained a second partial transfer of environmental permits from Belwind, again issued by the Minister responsible for the marine environment, completing a sequence of 2015 regulatory transfers that moved the necessary environmental authorisations for the 165 MW Nobelwind project into the new project company’s control.
