On 21 October 2015, the European Investment Bank signed two loan agreements totalling EUR 250 million with the Nobelwind promoters Parkwind, Sumitomo Corporation and Zeewind I BV to co-finance construction of the 165 MW second phase of the Bligh Bank offshore wind farm (Nobelwind) located about 46 km off the Belgian coast.
