DELAYED +2yr (Apr 2026): IPTO TYNDP 2021 said 2028, but ADMIE Holding H1 2024 investor presentation (Sept 2024) lists North Aegean Interconnection with expected commissioning in 2030. Balkan Green Energy News (Feb 2026) further confirms IPTO has postponed Dodecanese and North Aegean interconnections to 2030. --- According to IPTO’s Ten-Year Network Development Plan 2021‑2030, Phase B of the North Aegean Islands interconnection, which includes the 150 kV AC submarine/underground cable link between Lesvos and Chios, is planned to be completed in 2028. Completion of this phase will bring the Lesvos–Chios interconnector into full operational service as part of the wider Northeast Aegean island interconnection scheme.
