Description
Powersure formed part of the consultant team contracted by Ofgem to provide an independent view on the North Sea Link project. The firm contributed advisory input used by Ofgem to assess cost estimates, risk allocations and insurance/contingency considerations that underpinned the Final Project Assessment and the provisional cap-and-floor levels for NSL.
