Description
Ofgem engaged GHD to update technical input assumptions for the North Sea Link to reflect the final design of the interconnector. GHD’s technical update informed Ofgem’s assessment of availability targets and technical parameters used in the FPA and supported the regulator’s conclusions on the project’s engineering assumptions and associated allowances.
