Description
CEPA was a member of the consultant consortium appointed by Ofgem to provide independent advice on the North Sea Link. CEPA supplied economic and commercial analysis to inform Ofgem’s FPA, contributing to the assessment of efficient project costs, the cap-and-floor revenue modelling and the post-construction review principles for NSL.
