Description
Vestas was contracted by RWE to supply, deliver and commission 92 V236-15.0 MW offshore wind turbines for the Norfolk Vanguard West offshore wind farm off the Norfolk coast, UK. The contract award followed RWE securing a Contract for Difference (CfD) for the project in the UK’s Allocation Round 7. The agreement also included a five-year service contract followed by a longer-term operational support arrangement for the turbines.
