Royal HaskoningDHV produced the Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm “Outline Scour Protection and Cable Protection Plan” on behalf of Norfolk Vanguard Limited (a Vattenfall affiliate). The document covered scour and cable protection approach for the Norfolk Vanguard project, which comprised the Norfolk Vanguard West and Norfolk Vanguard East OWF sites, including associated offshore array/export cable infrastructure and related onshore elements.
