Description
Hellenic Cables (Vattenfall contract, April 2023) selected to design, manufacture, test and supply 66 kV XLPE-insulated subsea inter-array cables with aluminium conductor for the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone (Vanguard West + Vanguard East + Boreas). Total framework ~850 km of inter-array cable, with ~285 km apportioned to Vanguard West by capacity share. Cables produced at Hellenic's Corinth submarine plant, with deliveries scheduled across 2025-2028. Contract subsequently transferred to RWE following the March 2024 stake_transaction acquiring the Norfolk cluster from Vattenfall. Mirrors the existing Hellenic Cables role on Norfolk Vanguard East (same 2023 framework).
