Under the partnership agreed in January 2026, KKR is expected to acquire a 50% equity stake in the Norfolk Vanguard West project (and Norfolk Vanguard East) from RWE, creating an equal ownership structure for the two offshore wind farms. Closing of this transaction is subject to customary approvals and is targeted for summer 2026, after which RWE and KKR will jointly develop, construct and operate the projects.
