RWE and global investment firm KKR agreed a long-term strategic partnership to jointly realise the Norfolk Vanguard East and Norfolk Vanguard West offshore wind projects, establishing a 50:50 joint venture structure under which both partners will co-develop, construct and operate the wind farms. The agreement follows the projects securing 20‑year UK Contracts for Difference in Allocation Round 7 and is subject to customary approvals.
