Royal HaskoningDHV prepared the "Outline Scour Protection and Cable Protection Plan" document for Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm (covering the Norfolk Vanguard East and Norfolk Vanguard West areas) as part of the Development Consent Order (DCO) application documentation. The document set out proposed approaches for scour protection around offshore structures and cable protection measures for subsea cables, supporting the project’s planning and consenting process.
