Description
Drydocks World Dubai contracted by Aker Solutions (under joint-venture arrangement) to fabricate the Norfolk Vanguard East HVDC offshore platform topside. Sub-scope to Aker Solutions' Nov 2023 EPCI award from Vattenfall (later RWE post the March 2024 stake transaction). The substructure is fabricated separately at Aker Solutions' Verdal yard in Norway; the topside JV at Dubai handles the integrated electrical/structural topside.
