Norfolk Vanguard East Limited opened a consultation on the draft Decommissioning Programme for the Norfolk Vanguard East Offshore Wind Farm, inviting stakeholders and the public to comment between 2 February and 4 March 2026 before submission of the programme to the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero for approval, as required under the Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022 and the Energy Act 2024.
