On 13 December 2023, SeAH Wind and Vattenfall signed a major contract under which SeAH Wind will supply all XXL monopile foundations for the Norfolk Vanguard East and Norfolk Vanguard West offshore wind farms in the UK North Sea. For Norfolk Vanguard East, SeAH Wind will manufacture monopiles up to 96 metres long and weighing up to 2,200 tonnes at its new UK factory from 2026, in what the company describes as both its largest single contract to date and the largest foundations order secured by a UK‑based manufacturer.
