RWE has stated that closing of the partnership transaction with KKR, completion of project financing, and the Final Investment Decision (FID) for the Norfolk Vanguard East and Norfolk Vanguard West offshore wind projects are targeted for summer 2026, which would fully commit capital for the construction of Vanguard East.
