Ardent Management provided land and property services for the Norfolk Boreas project, including land strategy and advice, land referencing, landowner consultation support, and preparation of DCO application land plans and related documents. Ardent supported Vattenfall through the DCO examination stage as a property expert and later assisted the land and legal team with project management processes to manage acquisition of land rights, integrate land milestones into schedules, manage access for surveys, and advise on land and legal requirements for main works procurement and tender evaluations.
