On 21 December 2023, RWE agreed to acquire from Vattenfall the entire 4.2 GW Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone portfolio, comprising Norfolk Vanguard West, Norfolk Vanguard East, and Norfolk Boreas, for an enterprise value of £963 million, with completion subject to approval by The Crown Estate and regulatory authorities and expected in the first quarter of 2024.
