DEME secured a sizable contract from the RWE–Norges Bank Investment Management joint venture to carry out the transport and installation of approximately 124 km of inter-array cables for the Nordseecluster B offshore wind farm in the German North Sea. The scope includes engineering, preparation, and installation works to connect all 60 turbine foundations to the offshore substation, with the campaign scheduled to start towards the end of 2027 using DEME’s cable installation vessel Living Stone and supporting equipment.
