By 7 November 2025, RWE had completed installation of all 44 monopile turbine foundations and associated secondary steel structures for Nordseecluster A, with the monopiles stored in Eemshaven and then installed offshore by Van Oord’s vessels Boreas and Aeolus. IQIP confirmed that a total of 44 turbine monopiles plus one monopile for the offshore substation were driven into the seabed, marking completion of the Phase A foundation campaign for the 660 MW project.
