By 19 December 2017, Senvion had been established as the turbine supplier for the Nordsee One offshore wind farm, with all 54 Senvion 6.2M126 turbines in place and forming the project’s generating fleet. The official Nordsee One completion announcement specifies that each turbine is a Senvion 6.2M126 machine, approximately 150 metres from sea level to blade tip and rated at 6.15 MW, giving a total installed capacity of 332 MW. The turbines were stored, pre‑assembled and loaded onto the installation vessel MPI Enterprise at the Dutch port of Eemshaven before being installed offshore and connected via inter‑array cables to the project’s offshore substation. These details confirm Senvion as the contracted turbine technology provider for Nordsee One.
