TotalEnergies has publicly stated a final investment decision target of 2028 for the 1.5 GW NordSee Energies 2 (NSE2) offshore wind farm on the N-11.2 site in the German North Sea EEZ. The FID-2028 target is part of TotalEnergies' Nordsee Energies Hub development pathway in Germany, lagging the FID-2027 target for the sister project NSE1 by one year — reflecting that NSE2's BSH Planfeststellungsbeschluss application has not yet been submitted (TE's 18 November 2025 permit-submission release listed only NSE1 and OSE; NSE2 awaits a later submission).
