On 28 November 2025, Nadara reached an agreement with its joint venture partner BlueFloat Energy to acquire BlueFloat’s 50% stake in their portfolio of floating offshore wind projects in the UK and Italy, including Nora Energia 1. As part of this portfolio deal, Nadara will take full ownership of six proposed Italian floating wind farms—Odra Energia, Kailia Energia, Nora Energia 1, Nora Energia 2, Tibula Energia, and Minervia Energia—so that Nora Energia 1 will continue solely under Nadara’s leadership.
