On 22 February 2022, Nora Ventu, the project company established by Falck Renewables (now Renantis) and BlueFloat Energy, launched a public consultation for the Nora Energia 1 and Nora Energia 2 floating offshore wind farms in the Gulf of Cagliari, Sardinia. The company began a series of meetings with local communities and stakeholders to present the project proposals, gather feedback, and prepare for the forthcoming authorisation procedure, whose first formal step will be a scoping process to define the scope of the Environmental Impact Study.
