Description
Balfour Beatty acted as the onshore installation contractor on the UK and Belgian sides of the Nemo Link HVDC interconnector. The company was responsible for construction and installation works on the land sites, including civil works and laying of the underground HVDC cables between the landfalls and converter station locations, forming the 11 km‑plus onshore sections that connect the submarine cables into the national transmission systems.
