CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP acted as legal adviser to Nemo Link Limited in preparing and submitting Nemo Link’s written representation to the Thanet Extension examination. The firm prepared consents and planning documentation, correspondence and enclosure management (including planning permissions and marine licence material) and represented Nemo’s statutory and contractual positions in the examination process.
