NnGOWL scheduled completion of the 2019 geophysical survey across the Neart na Gaoithe wind farm site and export cable corridor for July 2019, following an approximately three‑month campaign starting in April. The survey was intended to gather detailed bathymetric, seabed and sub-surface data, and to detect ferrous anomalies along turbine, substation, inter-array, interconnector, and export cable routes to support final design.
