Under Prysmian’s framework agreement with French TSO RTE, the Narbonnaise Project export cable link—comprising three 225 kV HVAC three-core cables totalling about 340 km of combined land and submarine length and providing around 750 MW of capacity to connect the Narbonnaise offshore wind farm area off Occitanie to the French transmission grid—is planned to be delivered and fully commissioned in the 2031–2032 period, at which point the grid connection is expected to enter full commercial operation.
