On 6 October 2023, RTE Méditerranée announced and organised public information meetings on the electrical connection of the floating wind farms off the Narbonnaise coast in the Mediterranean. These meetings formed part of the ongoing local consultation on the design and impacts of the shared grid connection that will evacuate power from both the AO6 Narbonnaise 1 project and the later AO9 Narbonnaise 2 extension.
