Sub-site N-13.3 explicitly identified in the BNetzA-confirmed NEP 2037/2045 (2025 edition, 1st draft published 10 December 2025) per-system Projektsteckbrief for NOR-13-2 (LanWin8) as one of two sub-sites (with N-13.4) that the 50Hertz 2 GW HVDC offshore grid connection (IBN 2040) will serve. The NEP steckbrief states the site will be centrally pre-investigated by BSH under the FEP, with formal timing allocations scheduled for a future FEP amendment. Note: per BSH FEP 2025 amendment (30 January 2026), formal site → ONAS pairings only exist up to IBN 2034; this NEP-level identification is the most concrete designation currently available.
