Sub-site N-12.5 explicitly designated under the BSH Flächenentwicklungsplan 2025 amendment (30 January 2026, Tabelle 14 Annex VI) as the ~2 GW wind-farm sub-site that the LanWin6 (NOR-12-3) ±525 kV HVDC system will serve, with formal site → ONAS pairing under the regulator's binding plan and IBN 2034. LanWin6 was originally identified in NEP 2037/2045 (2023) as NOR-13-2 and renumbered to NOR-12-3 in NEP 2025 (the former NOR-13-2 designation now belongs to LanWin8). No developer awarded.
