Sub-site N-12.4 explicitly designated under the BSH Flächenentwicklungsplan 2025 amendment (30 January 2026, Tabelle 14 Annex VI) as the ~2 GW wind-farm sub-site that the LanWin7 (NOR-12-4) ±525 kV HVDC system will serve, with formal site → ONAS pairing under the regulator's binding plan and IBN 2034. LanWin7 is a new system added in NEP 2025 (not in NEP 2023). No developer awarded.
