Germany’s BSH amendment to the Flächenentwicklungsplan (FEP) 2025 (published 30 Jan 2026) sets the commissioning (“Inbetriebnahme”) of the wind turbines on site N-10.2 for “2032 (QIII)” (Table 6: ‘Inbetriebnahme der … bezuschlagten WEA’ for N-10.2 after rescheduled auction year 2027). This implies first export/first power no later than Q3 2032.
