DELAYED +2yr (May 2026): BSH’s 30 Jan 2026 amendment to the Flächenentwicklungsplan 2025 shifts N-10.2 to a re-tender in 2027 (after the 1 Aug 2025 tender received no bids and 2026 tenders were cancelled), and sets the ‘Inbetriebnahme’ of the wind turbines on site N-10.2 to 2032 (QIII). This implies full commercial operation cannot realistically occur in 2030. --- The centrally pre‑surveyed 500 MW offshore wind area N-10.2 in the German North Sea is planned to reach full commercial operation around the fourth quarter of 2030, in line with its auction volume and commissioning schedule set out by the German Federal Network Agency and industry association BWO. The site, which will share the NOR-9-3 grid connection system scheduled to enter operation in 2030, is thus currently targeted to be fully commissioned by late 2030.
