On 20 January 2023, the 2023 Site Development Plan (FEP/FEP 2023) defined offshore wind Sites N-10.1 and N-10.2 in the German EEZ of the North Sea, including the location of the NOR-10-1 converter platform and related cable routes, thereby designating N-10.1 as part of the national offshore wind development area N-10.
