For the Moyle Return Cable Replacement project, Marine Licences were issued by the Department of the Environment Northern Ireland (DoENI) and Marine Scotland, setting conditions for offshore and inshore works such as seabed preparation, cable laying, burial and protection along the submarine route between Portmuck (Northern Ireland) and Currarie Port (Scotland).
