Description
Kent was awarded a pre-Front End Engineering Design (pre-FEED) study contract for the 2.9 GW Morven offshore wind project located around 60 km off Aberdeen, Scotland. The six-month study scope included engineering design work to support key project decisions, including foundation type selection, corrosion protection concepts, and transport and installation feasibility. Kent stated it would deliver the scope with support from partner Ternan Energy for specialist geotechnical services to supplement Kent’s in-house geotechnical capabilities.
