Forth Ports’ Port of Leith signed a reservation and collaboration agreement with bp and EnBW under which the port will act as the marshalling port for the 2.9 GW Morven offshore wind project. The agreement forms part of a £50 million investment to create Scotland’s largest offshore renewables hub at Leith, providing a dedicated offshore wind berth and land for laydown and marshalling of Morven’s components, with capacity for local manufacturing and long‑term jobs.
