bp and EnBW submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) scoping report for the Morven offshore wind farm array to the Scottish Government’s Marine Directorate. The scoping report, covering turbines, foundations, inter-array and inter-connector cables and offshore substation platforms, sets out how potential environmental impacts of the 2.9 GW fixed-bottom project located about 60 km off Aberdeen will be assessed and is a key early step in the Scottish consent process.
