Description
JDR was selected as the cable supplier within Moray West’s inter-array cable contract package. JDR was to manufacture and supply approximately 125 km of 66 kV subsea cables for the wind farm’s inter-array network connecting wind turbines to the offshore substation platforms, and for the additional 66 kV interconnector cable linking the two offshore substation platforms. The cables were to be manufactured at JDR’s facility in Hartlepool, UK.
