In May 2025, Moray Offshore Windfarm (West) Limited prepared an EPS and basking shark risk assessment to support an application for a European Protected Species (EPS) and basking shark licence covering operational geophysical survey works within the Moray West site and Offshore Export Cable Corridor during the first four years of the project’s operational life.
