Moray Offshore Windfarm (West) Limited commenced a deep offshore geotechnical ground investigation for the Moray West Offshore Wind Farm on 24 October 2018, carried out from the vessel Fugro Synergy to obtain soils information via boreholes, cone penetration tests, seismic CPTs, and sound velocity tests across the site.
