In Ofgem’s July 2023 update on Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) Tender Round 10, the regulator stated that the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage for the Moray Offshore Wind Farm (West) OFTO transmission assets was due to commence in the second quarter of 2024.
