As part of the Indicative Transfer Value (ITV) submission for the Moray East offshore transmission assets, Moray Offshore Windfarm (East) Limited submitted a revised Cost Assessment Template (CAT RevC) to Ofgem on 19 March 2021; this version was used by Ofgem and its forensic accounting consultant Grant Thornton as the basis for analysing the project’s submitted transmission costs.
