Description
Kent was awarded a contract by bp and EnBW to deliver front-end engineering design (FEED) for the Morgan and Mona offshore wind farms in the Irish Sea. Kent’s scope included FEED and an option for an extension to perform detailed design of the wind turbine generator (WTG) foundations. The FEED work was intended to inform foundation selection, demonstrate feasibility, and provide a robust foundation design basis to support risk management and engagement with fabrication and transport and installation contractors.
