On 28 November 2025, Nadara confirmed it had reached an agreement with its joint venture partner BlueFloat Energy to acquire BlueFloat’s 50% stake in their shared portfolio of floating offshore wind projects in the UK and Italy, which includes the 675 MW Minervia Energia project. The deal will make Nadara the sole owner of Minervia Energia while maintaining existing commitments to suppliers, stakeholders and local communities.
